#MusicMonday

By far one of my all time favorite songs. Her voice is angelic and haunting and perfect. Lea Salonga nails 'On My Own.' from Les Miserables

Music Monday: TV on The Radio, Wolf like me.

I first heard this song, when Stephenie Meyer had it on the playlist to listen to while reading our beloved saga, and I was instantly in love.
I listen this blasting when I am getting ready to go out, or need to get pumped up at the gym.

Let us know what you think.

Music Monday: @muse

I found Muse many many years ago. My brother had put them on a mix tape and then on a CD for me. I was immediately a fan. They were unlike anything I had ever heard before. Innovative and creative and spot on.

When Stephenie Meyer wrote the Twilight books and then said one of her inspirations was listening to Muse, an entire new following found the band.

If you haven't listened to the play-lists while reading our fave books, then you are missing out. She has picked perfect songs to convey every mood and action. It only adds to the experience.

Picking one muse song to post was not an easy task. This is bar far one of my faves, I get lost in this song. I hope you enjoy it.

Somebody That I Used To Know lyrics

Now and then I think of when we were together
Like when you said you felt so happy you could die
Told myself that you were right for me
But felt so lonely in your company
But that was love and it's an ache I still remember

You can get addicted to a certain kind of sadness
Like resignation to the end
Always the end
So when we found that we could not make sense
Well you said that we would still be friends
But I'll admit that I was glad that it was over

But you didn't have to cut me off
Make out like it never happened
And that we were nothing
And I don't even need your love
But you treat me like a stranger
And that feels so rough
You didn't have to stoop so low
Have your friends collect your records
And then change your number
I guess that I don't need that though
Now you're just somebody that I used to know

Now and then I think of all the times you screwed me over
But had me believing it was always something that I'd done
And I don't wanna live that way
Reading into every word you say
You said that you could let it go
And I wouldn't catch you hung up on somebody that you used to know...

But you didn't have to cut me off
Make out like it never happened
And that we were nothing
And I don't even need your love
But you treat me like a stranger
And that feels so rough
You didn't have to stoop so low
Have your friends collect your records
And then change your number
I guess that I don't need that though
Now you're just somebody that I used to know

I used to know
That I used to know

Somebody...

I thought it would be nice to showcase one of my favorite songs, 'a thousand years'. The lyrics are magical and the feeling that Christina conveys of the love of Edward and Bella is beyond anything I could have imagines their song to be.
We all read the books multiple times and they needed an appropriate song, and who better to do it then a fell twihard that loves them as much as we all do.

Do you think the song fit them? Let us know.

Music Monday Featuring Marty Casey

#MusicMonday Featuring Marty Casey and the Lovehammers: Trees
This is has to be one of my all time favorite songs. The lyrics are just moving. I found this song about a year ago, and I have been in love with it since then.
I play this song a lot on my RP account. It fits me and my mate to a perfect T.

Lyrics:
Lyrics to Trees :
I don't wanna go through this life
Without you by my side
And I have got it all worked out
In my head
Here's how it's got to be

It will be you and me up in the trees
And the forest will give us the answers
It'll be you and I up in the sky
Its a combination for disaster

We, we make believe
In a world we rule together
We, can build our dreams
With a knot tied tight to last forever

It will be you and me up in the trees
And the forest will give us the answers
It will be you and I up in the sky
It's a combination for disaster

Yeaa-yeaaa-yeaaa-yea-yea-yea
We got one shot
So let's use our imagination
Yeaa-yeaaa-yeaaa-yea-yea-yea
You're all that I've got
So where do we go from here?

It will be you and me up in the trees
And the forest will give us the answer
It will be you and I up in the sky
It's a combination for disaster

And I know there's more for us in this life
If we hold on
If we hold strong
I know there's more for us in this life
Can we hold on, can we hold on?

I hope you enjoy my music pick.
